Hello, future client of Fizz! I am Nicole. I am originally from Waukesha, WI. I have been in the service industry for most of my life, with a primary focus on bartending. I have worked private events, weddings, backyard parties, you name it! I am very passionate about the small business we have created, and I look forward to sharing it with you.

Pronounced (Mi-zhane). A member of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, I grew up in Bayfield and Red Cliff in northern Wisconsin. I currently work as the Event Manager at Owamni, by the Sioux Chef, in downtown Minneapolis. I grew up working on my mom's food truck, so I like to say that working events is in my blood!
