Pronounced (Mi-zhane). A member of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, I grew up in Bayfield and Red Cliff in northern Wisconsin. I started my service industry career a bit late, but have been a professional bartender and server for the last 2 years, where I currently work at Owamni, By the Sioux Chef, in downtown Minneapolis. I

I grew up working on my mom's food truck, so I like to say that working private events and catering is in my blood!
Favoirite Drink: I am more of a cheep beer and shot of whiskey kind-of-guy, but also enjoy a good old fashioned or a gold rush.
